Me Laurent Schenk
President
Mr. Laurent Schenk has been a notary in Nyon since 1996. He has been a director of companies active in real estate management as well as in other areas of real estate, with the exception of brokerage. Mr. Schenk is a member of the board of the pension fund PROFMED & PROLIBERA, Mr. Schenk is also a member of the board of directors of the Groupement Hospitalier l’Ouest Lémanique (GHOL), as well as a member of the board of directors of Domaine de la Roseraie SA. Mr. Schenk is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Themis Real Estate SICAV.
Christina Riva
Vice-President
Christina Riva has more than 25 years of experience in the field of asset management. After working in analysis and management at Darier, Hentsch & Cie, she joined the EIM Group in 1997, where she was Secretary General and member of the Executive Board, responsible for Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Organization and Quality Management. With this experience, she created Adresse Unique Sàrl in 2012, a consulting and services company in regulatory and risk management matters in the financial services sector. She holds several directorships with collective asset managers subject to the FINMA. She is also active in regulatory training with Fund Academy AG and organizes training sessions in Geneva.
Juan Pedro Iglesias Lemos

An architect who has worked internationally, Mr. Iglesias Lemos began his career in 1999 in Japan at NK Kouenten in Tokyo, where he stayed for six years, during which time he carried out a number of anti-seismic projects, notably for the Japanese leader in construction. He also won the 1st prize of the Urban Tokyo competition. Back in Switzerland in 2006, he participated in many projects, among others in the United Arab Emirates (villas, hotels and schools), in the Seychelles, in Spain and of course in Switzerland with the realization of several important projects for Swiss institutions. In 2018, he joined the world leader in real estate services in Geneva as Director of the Building Consultancy where he participated in many important projects in Geneva, the canton of Vaud and Valais. In 2021, he joins one of the leading real estate companies in Switzerland, Mr. Iglesias Lemos is Project Manager representing the senior client at Wincasa Lausanne and team leader since January 2022. Mr. Iglesias Lemos is a Member of the Board of Directors of Themis Real Estate SICAV.
Christophe-Eric Lanz
Member
Mr. Lanz is a seasoned entrepreneur. He founded several companies, one of which had a total of nearly 200 employees and is present in four locations in Switzerland.
With a strong background in private equity, Mr. Lanz has been investing successfully for many years in real estate projects in the Middle East and Europe, especially in France and Switzerland.
His entrepreneurial qualities make Mr. Lanz an informed member of the Swiss market. He represents the entrepreneurial shareholder on the Board of Directors of Themis Real Estate SICAV.
